The Club and Lodge

Summit Club has a comfortable, two storey lodge situated  in a prime position on a ridge at the Top O’ the Bruce, only a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) from the top car park and the RAL rental facility. There are nine rooms with two to six beds in each accommodating 30 people in total.

Ski from the front door of the lodge to the chairlifts. At the end of the day ski back to the lodge as well.

At the end of a good day’s skiing relax in a wonderful atmosphere, in front of a log fire, before enjoying an evening meal prepared by the duty team.  The club becomes our winter family, with adults interacting with the children and a wonderful sense of togetherness.  There are events during the season that people enjoy.  Club sports provide a reason for a bit of fierce competition and an evening of fun, with both adults and children participating.  Interclub events provide an opportunity to mix with others on the mountain and discuss issues that affect us all.

There are ski and snowboard storage facilities plus drying rooms in the Lodge where members keep their equipment for the season. Lockers for personal storage are also available for members.

As part of our goal to promote snow sports, junior members can apply to be sponsored in development programmes.  In return they become role models who are expected to share their new skills with other junior members.
